Organization:EMC - Eden Medical CenterPosition Overview:$10,000 Sign-On-Bonus Performs tests on neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients, for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease, and other related duties, following established standards and practices, per divisions of the lab and per shift assigned. Must be able to perform duties in two or more technical areas, such as Microbiology, Chemistry, Hematology, and Blood Bank. If working on PM and Night shift regularly, must be able to perform specific duties in all technical areas as well as performing phlebotomy.Job Description :EDUCATIONEquivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Bachelor's: biology, or chemistry or related science field.CERTIFICATION & LICENSURECLSL-Licensed Clinical Lab ScientistPREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:One year of internship in clinical laboratory1 year as a generalist preferredSKILLS AND KNOWLEDGEEffective communication skillsAbility to read, speak and write in EnglishKnowledge of the current Laboratory information systemPay Range: $51.86 - $68.34The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
