Founded in 1901, Riverside Community Hospital is a 478 licensed bed, full-service acute care hospital in the heart of the Inland Empire. SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) SHIFT: Mixed with rotating weekends.

POSITION SUMMARY:

TheClinicalNurseCoordinator(CNC)servesasakeymemberofthe unitbasedleadershipteam.TheCNCisresponsibleformanaging patient-centeredcarecoordinationwithintheunit/departmentduring thedesignatedshift.Incollaborationwithothermembersofthe managementteam,theCNCdirects,monitors,andevaluatesnursing careinaccordancewithestablishedpolicies/procedures,servesasa resourcepersonforstaff,andmodelsacommitmenttoRiverside CommunityHospital’svision/mission/valuestosupportan unparalleledpatientexperienceandclinicaloutcomesthatcontributeto overalldepartmentalperformance.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+yearsapplicableclinicalnursingexperiencepreferred
  • 2+yearsinaleadrolewithdemonstratedleadershipandmanagement proficiencypreferred
