Clinical Program Assistant

DescriptionUnder general direction of the manager or supervisor the clinical program assistant at the Radiology/Imaging/Mammography Department supports the front and back office needs of the department/program. The assistant assists the clinical staff in preparing and positioning patients for imaging tests within their scope. Prep includes audit and completion of associated clinical documentation and programmatic duties for the department/program. Activities may include developing and maintaining spreadsheets, program related statistics for test reconciliation and billing accuracy, coordinating meeting appointments and team assignments with physicians and nurses for department/program assigned.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. 3 years Clerical experience in health related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Post-High School education.
