Clinical Safety Coordinator - Medtronic Core Clinical Solutions (MC2)Location:Santa Rosa, California, United StatesRequisition #:21000TMQPost Date:10 hours agoCareers That Change LivesIn this exciting role as the Clinical Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for clinical studies, including performing documentation practices (prepping/filing); database entry, complaint reporting and collaboration with various stakeholders.Clinical Safety Coordinators will also be responsible for keeping track of overviews and systems and ensuring audit readiness at all times.Medtronic Core Clinical Solutions (MC2) provides end-to-end clinical and scientific solutions for Medtronic including:Clinical Operations: Study Administration, Data Solutions, Monitoring, Clinical Safety, Study Solutions

Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.

Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and

Gathers and compiles information for reports.

Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

Must Have (Minimum Requirements):To be considered for this role, the minimum requirements must be evident on your resume.At minimum high school diploma

4 years of administrative/project coordination experience

Task management; prioritizing

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Advanced communication skills (written verbal)

Good ethical behavior

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications):Formal computer training

General knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards

Organized, efficient, process oriented

Interpersonal/communication skills; team player

Attention to detail and accuracy

Self-motivated; team player

Strong work ethic

Problem solving; tactful, exercises independent judgment and discretion professional presentation

Proficient knowledge of medical terminology; Working knowledge of different clinical databases
