Critical Care Nurse – Clinical Solutions Implementation Consultant (Patient Monitoring) – Sacramento, San Jose, RenoIn this role, you have the opportunity to Lead the clinical implementations of HPM solutions with customers. Consult and partner with customers, Customer Project Managers, Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant (CSDC), Clinical Solution Workflow Consultant (CSWC), and sales to design, plan, and oversee delivery of complex HPM solutions throughout the customer lifecycle (could be single or multi-year engagements). Responsible for managing the overall scope, budget, and resources for the clinical solutionsYour Role:

Ensure successful clinical and physician adoption of Philips solutions

Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout solution delivery & implementation to provide for a smooth, effective and successful implementation of Philips solutions

Deliver clinical consulting services which may or may not be in combination with the implementation of a Philips solution

Participate in the development of new solutions (services and/or product functionality)

Hold a specialty, or multi-specialty role(s)

Configure or manage the configuration of various components and software revisions of complex Philips solutions to accommodate Application and/or operational workflow in the customer’s environment

Conduct workflow analysis and consults on workflow changes that need to occur with the implementation of new functionality or solutions

Guide the customer in the testing of workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of Philips solutions

Coach and educate customers in the use of complex situations for multiple solutions

Analyze the customer’s existing workflow and facilitates proper change management in the clinical or operational environment, ensures proper testing of the system and establishes a comprehensive training plan to provide for a smooth transition of the solution to the customer

Attend seminars and training sessions necessary to maintain appropriate level of professional competence and/or licensure

Identify application issues, investigate and resolve issues or identify potential defects, document and submit those according to standard processes

Active member of the implementation communities and proactively shares knowledge, experience and lessons learned

File required reports and consistently complies with all required Philips processes

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related science plus 5 years of clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, or a master’s degree with >3 years of related experience. Current nursing license.

Project Management Experience preferred

Philips Product Knowledge preferred

Project Management skills

Certified PM (PMP), Nursing Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Change Management certifications preferred

Experience in Data analysis

Skills :

Familiarity with concepts related to networking and device/software configuration

Consulting knowledge/experience (course work/certifications/etc.)

Presentation skills

Advanced computer skills

Knowledge of/ability to work with Lean methodology

Customer focused/Customer experience/ Customer mindset

Flexibility and tolerance of ambiguity

Mental and physical job requirements:

Fluent in English

Lift parts or carries parts weighing a few ounces to over 25 lbs.

Frequently bends, twists, turns and works in unusual positions using full body mobility

Must possess a valid driver's license

Willingness to travel overnight 75% of the time, may require weekend coverage

Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position is $83,720.00 to $154,560.00 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
