Position - CLM Systems Analyst

Duration: 6+months

Location: Oakland, CA

Conga CLM (or comparable app) and/or Salesforce experience The Contract Lifecycle Management Systems Analyst analyzes business needs and produces, maintains, and updates the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to meet those needs.

Major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research and develop solutions in Contracts Lifecycle Management System and Salesforce Platform in order to meet business requirements for ACBH.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Manage Contract Lifecycle Management on Salesforce Platform:
  • Liaison with third party vendor/contractor:
  • Collaborate on development of new contract types, templates, and features, defining characteristics and features
  • Testing new agreement types, templates, and features
  • Bug reporting, tracking to resolution
  • Workflow Study and Analysis:
    • Recommend changes to adapt user practices to CLM features
    • Review, analyze, and assist in develop requirements for new contract business process flows
  • Data Reporting:
    • Modify or create reports as requested
  • Troubleshooting:
    • User support
    • Third Tier Support
    • Problem Resolution
  • Training:
    • Documentation production (user manuals, electronic and paper)
    • Electronic notifications to users
    • Training Support Desk staff, UA testers, and serve as backup trainer for users
  • Application Management:
    • Establish Workgroups, security groups, define functional roles allowed, assign templates allowed
    • Software installation and configuration
    • Prepare upgrade test scripts, testers, and environment for upgrade testing and engage in testing

Provide accurate CLM technical and desktop support to contract users by phone, email, or directly with the User. Tasks include:
  • Foster and maintain client confidence by working with a variety of people at various skill and educational levels. Ensure customer satisfaction upon termination of call. Solve problems in a time sensitive environment. Be cognizant of problems, trends and communicate effectively.
  • Identify and correct CLM problems as needed. Analyze, investigate, and resolve errors. Escalate unresolved application errors to third party Vendor.
  • Account Setup: Monitor CLM account set-ups for appropriate permissions and privileges.
  • Create, maintain, and support User accounts, security permissions, and system groups.
  • Design and maintain User-training material to ensure quality service.
  • Provide User assistance. Document, log, and record all CLM application errors and malfunctions utilizing proprietary ticketing system.

Perform Management Tasks that include:
  • Act as IS lead on discovery, design, build and implementation of new online contract business process flows and data models
