CMF Designer for Torrance Auto Company in CA for 12+ months

Summary: As a CMF Designer, you will conduct product, styling and consumer research, developing and presenting original designs/concepts, creating sketches, renderings and computer graphic illustrations, negotiating styling changes, evaluating/revising original designs as well as broad project management.Responsibilities: • Act as Project Lead, on Minor Model Changes, manages schedules, highlight problems, collect advice for long-term problem resolution, and makes contributions to ensure project goals/objectives are met (with guidance from Senior/Principal).• Provides highly creative CMF proposals for studio/development projects to feed and inspire the creative process.• Collaborates with Interior and Exterior designers to finesse product proposals through color effects and material application.• Delivers CMF specification strategies to development teams and collaborates to modify and reissues specifications to meet project goals/constrains (with guidance from Senior/Principal).• Develops CMF with suppliers and development teams to ensure high quality design maturation ad coordinates final appearance approval (with guidance Senior/Principal).Requirements: • Ability to analyze benchmarks and cross-industry trends (auto, fashion, product design, and new technologies) to confirm a proposals competitiveness (with guidance Senior/Principal).• Can communicate clearly with peers, supervisors, and Creative leads for all work/project related issues.Location: Torrance, CAType: Contract Duration: 12+ monthsPlease submit resume to
