CMS Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA ( Remote Till Covid Restrictions)

Duration: 12-24 Months

What you’ll do:
  • Lead multi-phased projects to promote the team’s CMS strategy, including developing requirements, coordinating content migrations, and providing strategic direction.
  • Drive improvements to internal knowledge content discoverability and content performance with strategic programs and tool investments
  • Develop and implement priorities to ensure the right work is delivered at the right time to support partners, business priorities, and team goals
  • Follow standard project management, continuous improvement methodologies, program management practices, and principles in scoping, managing, and implementing programs and projects
  • Collaborate in a matrixed environment, making space for all voices to be heard and considered
  • Develop scalable frameworks for ongoing content quality and customer experience initiatives, such as content audits

Who you are:
  • 5-7 years of product or program management experience in technology
  • Experience with building and continuously improving user experiences across front-end and back-end systems
  • Outstanding ability to simplify processes to be more user-centric; ability to prioritize, handle constraints, and make tradeoffs when running projects and programs
  • Strong business insight and judgment to navigate ambiguity and lead through change in a fast-paced environment with written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in analyzing content metrics, reaching data-based conclusions, and taking appropriate actions
  • Experience working with enterprise content management
  • Background in scripting and automation
  • Experience working in a globally distributed organization
