CNC Draftsperson - Millwork Shop

We're looking for full-time CNC Draftsperson to help produce drawings for cabinets, doors, architectural millwork.

Requirements:

Create detailed drawings using CAD software - our current software is Cyncly. Experience in CabinetVision and Auto-Cad a plus.

Collaborate with design teams to ensure drawings meet specifications

Communicate design intent to the production team

Maintain consistency and prevent errors

Optimize production schedules

Minimize material waste and labor costs

Skills and qualifications:

Ability to run CNC machine alongside or in the absence of CNC Operator, a plus!

Proficiency with CAD software

Ability to read and understand shop drawings, architectural blueprints, and renderings

Experience using shop equipment and practices

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Bi-lingual a plus

Must be a U.S. person as defined by ITAR (citizens, lawful permanent residents, or certain refugees).
