CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay: $26-$32Location: East County San DiegoStart Date: Looking for someone to start ASAPDescription:

Working in a shop consisting of mills, lathes, manual machines, welders, and more. Working with different metals to make parts.

Set up and operate Okuma lathes

Read blueprints and perform in-process inspections (bore gauges, pie tapes, pin gauges, calipers, micrometers)

Ensuring high and efficient levels of production

Skills & Qualifications:

CNC lathe machining experience (must be able to set up and operate on your own)

Must be able to edit G and M codes if needed

Experience with Okuma lathes preferred but other machines experience is acceptable

Understanding of G and M codes
