The CNC Operator I operates computer numerical control (CNC) machines, loads and unloads materials. No experience necessary - we're ready to train the right person!Full-time: Monday - Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm Pay Range: $18.00-$22.00 per hour.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, vacation, sick pay, and 401k!Duties/ResponsibilitiesOperate production machinery.Make parts according to specs.Check parts for quality.Maintain production records.Perform basic machine maintenance.Maintain a clean work area.Follow safety rules.Other duties as assignedLearn to use CNC machines.Basic understanding of machining and tool use.Basic shop math and mechanical skills.Ability to speak and write English.Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.Requires good eyesight and coordination.Ability to follow instructions and work well with others.Ability to pay attention to detail.Good attendance.Physical Demands: Working in a warehouse with different temperatures, noise, and chemicals.Constantly using wrists, hands, and fingers.Long periods of standing, walking, and bending.Some reaching, twisting, kneeling, climbing, and squatting.Regularly lifting and moving things up to 20 pounds (sometimes up to 50 pounds).ITAR Requirement: This position requires the use of information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
