Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated CNC Operator to join our fun and fast-moving team. If you have hands-on experience running 3-axis CNC machines, a willingness to learn design tools like Fusion 360, and are excited to work in a vibrant, hands-on environment, we want to hear from you! No need to be an expert—we’ll train you and help you grow your skills!

Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and maintain 3-axis CNC machines to produce precision parts

- Collaborate with our in-house engineering and production teams to ensure parts are machined efficiently and optimized for our on-site processes.

- Optional: Interest in automation, robotics, or manufacturing technologies is a bonus.

- Iterate quickly based on feedback to meet project deadlines.

- Bring creative ideas to enhance product functionality and streamline in-house production.

Requirements:

- Basic proficiency in running 3-axis CNC machines (familiarity with Fusion 360 or CAM software a plus but not required—we’ll provide training).

- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in CAD/CAM workflows and in-house manufacturing processes.

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to work night shifts and/or weekends as needed to meet production demands.

- Optional: Some experience in product design, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing is a bonus.
