JO# M25012 CoE Program Manager Maxonic is seeking to support our Client that has is experience as a Center of Excellence (CoE) Program Manager. This role will drive innovation and transformations for our Clients Solutions GTM Initiatives. The program management team is the hub that facilitates the application of best-in-class methodologies, research, support, and training to enable change initiatives for leadership within operations and across the company. As the organization grows and becomes more complex, the CoE team plays a pivotal role to align business objectives, find opportunities for improvements, facilitates best practices, and develops knowledge and skillsets. In addition, the CoE group helps to identify and focus on innovative ideas, pushing boundaries of technology, operations, and management to accelerate our Hybrid Cloud Journey's Key Qualifications A proven track record of planning and leading strategic complex programs with the ability to execute at a strategic and tactical level to complete project implementations. 6 -10+ years of proven experience in Program Management of large cross-functional projects Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a highly complex cross-functional environment. Proficient knowledge of the solution implementation and development life cycles. A strong communicator, analytical, big picture thinker and ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams Willingness to travel up to 10% Description Market Relevance - Monitor and analyze market trends in the industry and in general. Study competitors' services and products. Assemble and champion best practices and learnings in the defined solution focus area. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products. Ideate & Innovate - Explore new ways of improving existing solutions and products. Gather feedback and promote the most relevant ideas into features. Identify and present innovative solutions. Strategy & Roadmap - Set & revisit product visions and strategies. Plan and prioritize what (and when) our solution teams will deliver, based on the business value each change will bring to our customers. User Stories & Features - Uncover and understand customer needs (the "what") and translate them into strong and comprehensive user stories and requirements. Business Value - Uncover and understand the customers goals and frustrations (the "why") to ensure we are solving meaningful problems, not just shipping features. Collaboration - Ability to work well with internal teams. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that sales plans match expectations. Methodology - Coordinates product releases with marketing, sales, and development teams. Tracing & Transparency - Define success criteria solution acceptance. Define, measure, and broadcast solution metrics, KPIs within dashboards, and comms channels. Aligns & Evangelizes - Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert. Anticipate and answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities. Train - Curates solution training and technical expertise. Facilitates the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation. Creates content for self-service deflection, and presentation. Education & Experience Bachelors in Engineering or Business Management degree required. Masters or MBA with strong experience across complex and/or technical program management is desired. Additional Requirements Encourage innovative ideas and strategies that bring efficiency into our business. Manage improvements through collaboration and influencing a diversified group culture. Define analytical methods and tools to track and communicate results. Establish program framework and program management processes for current and new CoE teams. Crate a hub to share tools, templates, processes, and updates on the CoE's activities.
