Description Looking for a Commercial Attorney with Tech Contracts background to join our stellar client! This candidate will handle all aspects of complex contracts, and assist in the Aliso Viejo office - opportunity to work mostly remote. Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating tech agreements to ensure they are in line with the company's policies and objectives. Handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Leveraging your technology background to provide legal guidance tailored to the specific needs of the tech industry. Managing commercial contracts and ensuring they comply with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborating with other legal team members to streamline and improve legal processes within the company.
