Commercial Contract Manager

As a member of the Product & Commercial Legal Services Team, this team member will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization, including negotiation and administration of commercial agreements and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners. This full-time position will report to the Senior Legal Counsel, Global Commercial Contracts, and is based at Sandisk’s office in Milpitas, California or Irvine, California, or Remote (Pacific hours).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independently draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide variety of commercial contracts, including, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, professional services agreements, purchase agreements, engagement letters, statements of work, amendments, and other business/legal documents.

Support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to advise onrisks associated with each transaction while ensuring compliance to company policies

Work closely with commercial contracts attorneys within the Product & Commercial Legal Services Team and various teams within the Legal Department.

Work on special projects, as needed.
