Commercial Real Estate Assistant + HUGE COMMISSIONS

We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent & Assistant to join our growing team! You will be paid an hourly wage for 25-30 hours per week at $20 per hour + HUGE Commissions. The true aim of this position is the find the candidate who is ready to make BIG in commercial real estate. The 25 - 30 hour paid portion will be mostly assisting the broker with tasks for his existing clients and deal flow. You will also be assisting with the broker's investments and tenant relationships. Bilingual ability in Spanish is a big plus.

You will be welcome to spend additional time in the office to build your own business by finding deals with the proven techniques that you will learn from our training program. The chosen candidate will work closely with the broker of the company, who has over 20 years of experience and has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate during his career. The position will allow you to develop relationships with high net worth prospects delivering value to the marketplace by buying and selling multi million dollar investment properties on their behalf.

Responsibilities:

-Assistant to Broker.

-Contact high net worth individuals with commercial real estate investment opportunities.

-Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.

-Tour properties with clients.

-Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.

-Educate clients on basic real estate procedures.

-Verify and disclose property facts to clients.

Qualifications:

-California Real Estate License required (or test date scheduled with DRE).

-Bilingual (Spanish)

-Bookkeeping.

-Previous experience in real estate or sales preferred.

-Ability to build rapport with clients.

-Strong negotiation skills.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
