Description:This role will be as the Communications Specialist working within the Health, Education, and Consumer organization. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Customer Experience and Content Marketing team as well as serving the needs of the Iarger departmental comms work. In this position, you will be working in strong partnership with the vertical content leads; interfaces will also include product management, engineers, and work group Ieads to refine, evolve and execute to a communication strategy and plan. Your responsibilities will include but not be Iimited to: refine a communication strategy and plan; execute to plan, Create and implement communication strategies such as - Video clips, newsletter articles, open forums, blogs, website, social media, etc. Coordinate prep, edits and distribution of communication. Create and track communication indicators. Potential work in other CX initiatives work as time allows.

Qualifications/Experience: You should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Arts degree or a Bachelor of Science degree in relevant fields communications, marketing, training, etc. with at Ieast 4-6 years of related communications experience. Practical skills in project management. Track record of communications work: strategy creation and execution of communications deliverables, particularly digital assets. Exceptional communication skills, both written and - verbal. Able to work effectively at all Ievels in an organization. Excellent active Iistening skills. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. Ability to influence others and move toward a common - Vision or goal. Previous writing/editing experience is a plus.
