Description We are in search of a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the non-profit industry based in Los Angeles, California. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and involves a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the LOA, Payroll and Benefits team. The individual will be tasked with managing a range of tasks of limited complexity and dealing with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels. Responsibilities: Carry out administrative duties in support of the LOA, Payroll, and Benefits team Actively engage with individuals at all organizational levels Utilize ADP Workforce Now, HRMS, About Time and other relevant systems for various HR tasks Perform tasks related to Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration Ensure compliance with departmental and organizational policies and procedures Handle Employee Relations and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient communication and task management Employ Ceridian software for payroll management and other HR related tasks Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of content and ensure conformance with departmental procedures. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the non-profit sector Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode Proficient in using Ceridian and HRMS software Experience with 'About Time' software would be an advantage Knowledge and experience in handling Benefit Functions Strong skills in Compensation Administration Ability to ensure Compliance with HR policies and procedures Proven track record in managing Employee Relations Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) A strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Excellent decision-making skills Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
