Pay: Generous pay for the right person Let's talk. I'm looking for someone who:

Someone young, smart, sharp

Organize and streamline 360+ files into one readable book

Set up so you can just speak/dictate, and it gets written

Help with basic marketing/publishing tasks down the road(website,cover,kindle format etc.)

Work fast, 4 to 5 hours a week, maybe more when needed

Think outside the box - not just a coder, but creative partner

Understands backups, formatting, sorting versions, and can create order out of chaos

Bonus if you know anything about layout, publishing, AI tools, or even screenwriting/story structure.
