Concrete pump laborer, general laborer

We are looking to hire a new pump laborer/ general laborer to our team. As a pump/general laborer at our company duties include pumping concrete, no experience necessary, loading and unloading trash from job sites, breaking concrete with jack hammer loading concrete debris into machines. This is a very physically demanding job, it pays a commission while pumping or $21/hr whatever is more, the general labor work also pays $21/hr.

Due to the physical nature of the work applicant must be able to lift 100 lbs, be in decent physical shape and able to work through adversity.

Applicant must have reliable transportation or be able to get to our yard in Santee. The job is usually an early morning job with start times as early as 430am. Not a great fit for late night people.
