- Experience with Conga CLM, including X-Author, configuration is essential, preferably certified.
- Solution architect for CLM configuration, development, integration and customization of complex functions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows, and assignment rules).
- Provide ongoing and ad hoc support to resolve bugs and issues related to CLM, template administration, X-Author, Salesforce, or DocuSign integration. Act as lead to investigate issues, troubleshoot, implement fixes, test, and deploy once resolved. Communicate and work with CLM end users, template administrators, and developers to ensure issues have been resolved.
- Track bugs/issues in a log by documenting issue descriptions, actions taken to resolve issue, and outcome of resolution.
- Develop customized solutions within the Conga platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives and company goals.
- Communicate with managers, administrators and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
- Performing hands-on business analysis, requirements gathering, solution design and configuration of the CLM.
