Construction Coordinator / Superintendent (los Angeles)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Real Estate Company in the Palm area is seeking a sharp CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR. The candidate must love real estate and have the urgency to complete tasks. This is a fast-paced environment and candidates will be tested.

JOB DECSRIPTION / DUTIES:

Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement solutions

Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities when required

Maintain accurate records of project timelines, milestones, and deadlines

Visiting job sites in Los Angeles County

Submit a daily progress report

JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Experience supporting a team of executives for 1+ years

Excellent calendar management skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook

Must be flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, anticipate and prioritize well

Must be able to perform duties accurately in a timely fashion

High level of confidentiality regarding company information

Dependable and punctual

Solid references from previous employers

Must have a driver’s License and a reliable vehicle
