Construction estimator-in office only

This is a full time office position. Not a remote position.

Are you detail-oriented and have a passion for construction projects? We are currently looking for a construction project estimator to join our balcony inspection company and estimate for SB721 and SB326 projects. No prior experience in preparing bids is required as we will provide training.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

- Estimate costs for SB721 and SB326 construction projects

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and timely bids

- Assist in preparing project proposals and bids
