Construction Laborer

John S. Carter, Inc., is a local contractor, specializing in foundation underpinning, seismic retrofitting of foundations, landslide repair/slope stabilization, horizontal boring, and more. Proudly serving Santa Barbara County for over 70 years. We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our team and provide general construction labor. These are full-time, long-term positions, with opportunity for advancement for motivated applicants. Construction experience is not required, but knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus. Qualified applicants will be honest, conscientious, on time, and work well with others. MUST POSSESS A CALIFORNIA DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH A CLEAN DMV REPORT. Must be willing to get dirty and put in a hard day's work. Paid holidays and PTO provided, and retirement savings plan offered.
