Local Construction Co. is looking for an office assistant/project manager to help organize and manage residential/commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a responsive and organized part-time employee to help field daily email correspondence between client/company/subs/vendors. Timely well written emails a must. Good follow-through is extremely important. Efficient scheduling, coordination of labor and subs, and vendor communication also necessary. Must have good communication skills, and be a self-motivated problem solver.

Additional tasks would include:

Correspondence with GC/architect/engineer/sub-contractors/clients

Schedule sub-contractors

Coordinate vendor/ sales orders

Sample and design work coordination

Send and respond well written emails

Invoicing (QB literacy)

Put in place insurance policies

Conformation of W9's and W2's

$30/hour. Part-time approx. 25hours/week. Must be available mornings.

Valid drivers license and SSN
