Job Title: Contact Center Architect

Locations: San Ramon, CA (onsite likely required beginning of 2022).

Duration: 6+ Months Contract Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects/architectural reviews
  • Interface between business and IT - - providing support for customizations of applications that ride on top of systems deployed in IT
  • Run process of determining solutions - - understand how systems work, how it would solve a business challenge, how it would integrate with “Client” systems and how to customize for business use.
  • Work with vendors on gathering requirements
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams
Top Required Skills:
  • Contact Center/IVR Architecture is a must
  • Application Development background but moved into a Enterprise Architect role
    • Someone who understands how things work together from business architecture standpoint
  • Experience leading projects/architectural reviews
    • Ability to ask good questions and understand how to solve business problems from architecture standpoint
  • Experience interfacing with both IT and business
    • This team provides support for customizations of applications that ride on top of systems deployed by IT.
