Contents Restoration Tech - Start Immediately - No Experience Needed!

JOB SUMMARY:

We are a 26+ year-old leader in the residential and commercial property restoration industry. Continuing growth has provided us the opportunity to add another Contents Restoration Technician.

We are looking for dependable, hard-working, trustworthy, team members who will treat our client's valued possessions as their own. For almost 3 decades we have responded to residential and commercial property disasters and are entrusted by our clients to rebuild their home or office and clean, deodorize and restore their most cherished personal property.

The individuals we are looking for will be capable of performing the tasks below to a high standard:

JOB DUTIES:

Utilize state of the art processes and equipment to expertly clean, sanitize and restore home and office contents including furnishings, personal possessions and more, both onsite and in our facilities.

Support the Project Manager and other team members in all phases of removing home and office contents, restoration of the same, storage of the contents and re-establishing the contents in the home or office after structural restoration has been completed.

Ensures safe project sites and work areas.

Complete work to a high standard with minimal supervision.

Commit to achieving quality results.

Quickly and efficiently solve unexpected problems encountered.

Support and help to ensure best practices on job sites as it relates to professional conduct and quality.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.

Able to follow detailed instructions with minimal supervision.

Able to work effectively with all levels of employees on the job site.

Strong work ethic and a “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work in fast paced and rapidly changing environment.

Able to lift 75 pounds unassisted.

Ability to work in the elements.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour
