Boutique litigation firm (North County - Downtown - Temecula) seeks a licensed Contract Attorney to assist with tort and business litigation matters on an hourly, as-needed basis. Fully remote with flexible hours—ideal for an entry-level lawyer looking to build experience.

Responsibilities

Draft motions and briefs

Conduct legal research and prepare memos

Assist with discovery (drafting/responding, motions)

Support general litigation tasks as needed

Potential court appearances

Qualifications

Active law license (California preferred)

Some experience with motion writing

Strong research, writing, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
