Contract Attorney (Transactional/Remote)

We are seeking a contract lawyer to assist our San Diego based business firm in handling transactional work as needed and on a part-time basis. The candidate should have experience in drafting, reviewing and revising business contracts, real estate transactions (leases,etc.), purchase and sale agreements, employment agreements, and corporate documents. Must have 2+ years relevant experiene, excellent writing and drafting skills. Occasional research may be needed.
