What you’ll do as a Contract Management Analyst
Negotiate terms of contracts, both with external and internal parties
Prepare and distribute contract documents
Update existing contracts, pricing, insurance, worker compliance
Prepare and dissect information to any involved parties in regard to the status of the contract
Coordinate meetings with subcontractors
Prepare revisions and briefs that will summarize financial information and contractual regulations
Maintain organized, detailed files for every contract, including price schedules, correspondence, clarifications, deviations/changes, and amendments
Track any correspondence and authorizations
Prepare change notices and monitor the performance of the contract, including the contractor status, reporting, and any deliverables required by the owner
Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred
Microsoft Suite, Google Apps experience
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Fluent spoken and written English
Some Travel is required
Salary Range $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 / year
