Bankers Casino is looking for an experienced cook who will be responsible in the following:

prepping, measuring and assembling ingredients

maintaining accurate food orders

properly storing food items at appropriate temperatures

restock kitchen essentials for subsequent shifts

ensure all prep areas and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shifts

run dishwasher

Spanish speaker a plus

6 p.m. to 2 a.m.
