The Agency Finance track of The PNC Development Program enables Analysts to explore various aspects of the Multifamily Finance industry through PNC’s Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac Optigo, and FHA lending platforms. In addition to Agency lending, we offer construction, bridge, and permeant financing through our balance sheet. This suite of products allows us to provide comprehensive financing solutions to our customers nationwide.Analysts and associates hired into PNC Agency Finance will be a part of the broader C&IB Development Program. In addition to structured training within the line of business, this program includes enterprise-wide and C&IB specific soft-skill and technical training. Performs or assists the core activities of the group by applying knowledge learned to drive business results (e.g., deal, sales, process support, internal or external customer interaction, or supporting internal projects). Works under supervision and may have limited approval and/or exception authority.

Required Education and Experience :

Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Actuarial Sciences),

Minimum GPA 3.0
