Support CFO in overseeing financial activities of management company entities.

Handle all aspects of fund accounting: US/UK tax, US GAAP, UK GAAP.

Oversee financial activities, including accounting, reporting, audit processes.

Prepare annual budget, semi-annual updates, budget-to-actual analysis.

Coordinate with auditors, tax teams, third parties for accurate reporting and audits.

Review debt covenants, report to lender.

Assist in preparing quarterly financial statements for funds.

Ensure internal controls adequacy.

Manage Senior Accountant, including hiring, training, performance management.

Assist with projects and analyses as requested by senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Strong leadership, extensive financial management experience.

10+ years asset management experience.

Must have GL or management company experience in financial services.

Prefer CPA, audit/tax, and/or public accounting background.

Some fund accounting experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills for presenting budgets and collaborating with senior leadership and other teams.
