Pay Rate: $23.15 to $27.25 per hourPurpose of Position:To capture cost data for Flocks that are cleaned in the prior week. Prepare journal entries and period reporting, as well as, weekly reporting. Prepare Agristat information for grow-out operations, weekly as well on a period basis. Will upload department data into Agristat database. Essential Job Functions:Reconcile Weekly Feed, Fuel and Utility Usage for Growout ranches                             Responsible for Weekly Performance Growout Reporting                                        Reconcile Weekly Gasboy Fuel transactions for Collier Fuel IslandReview and Validate Receipt of Weekly Ranch Packets from Ranch SupervisorsPrepare Weekly Livehaul estimate and complete Monthly Livehaul reportPrepare Weekly and Monthly Agri Stats reportingReconcile Monthly Growout Feed/Chick InventoriesResponsible for Growout and Livehaul Period Close – JE, AAW and reportingAssist with annual budgets upon request from SupervisorComplete Ad hoc requests Miscellaneous office duties (Scanning, Filing, etc.) Additional Functions:Settlement of Construction Maintenance orders in SAP
