They focus on making a positive impact beyond profits, driving a brighter financial future for all.As Controller, reporting to the CFO, you’ll lead the financial operations and ensure the credit union’s growth and stability. We’re looking for a strategic, self-motivated leader with strong financial acumen and proven management skills. This role is in San Francisco and has a HYBRID work schedule.Requirements Requirements:

10+ years of accounting experience, ideally in credit unions, banking, or financial institutions

Experience with ADP Workforce Now required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree or CPA preferred

Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
