Join our Radiology Department at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista where we use the latest diagnostic imaging technology. Scripps Imaging is recognized for having advanced equipment and tools available to deliver quality patient care.We have leading-edge practice environments and seek equipment that offers better ergonomics, reduced exposure rates and timesaving tools to help our imaging professionals do what they do best to offer exceptional care.
The CT Tech is responsible for providing age specific care, education and imaging procedures in conjunction with other members of the defined health care team.
General CT Tech duties include:
- Adhering to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in QC and PI activities.
- Maintaining own clinical competency and mandatory requirements.
This is a Full-Time (80 hours every two weeks) benefited position, working 8 hour varied shifts. Located at Scripps Mercy Hospital in Chula Vista.

- Must remain in original hired FTE Status and Shift (if specified in offerletter)

- Transfers to other locations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis andmay result in forfeiting remaining incentive bonus unless specifically notedin your offer letter.
Required Qualifications:
- CT Scanning/Imaging experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Completion of a formal training/educational program in an AMA/JCERT approved school of Radiology Technology
- CRT
- RT-Venipuncture
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of patient focused care delivery
