Maintain Forbes 5 star service standards internallySupports culinary and restaurant in ordering, invoicing, procurement, inventory of productsCommunicates with internal and external departments to facilitate their culinary/ F&B needs effectivelyInputs key metrics for Chef and Managers to monitor and drive businessSupports Chef and Managers in typing and maintaining recipesSupports Chef and Managers in creating power points and other needed presentationsSupports Culinary and Restaurant in management of inventory, procurement and movement of said inventorySupports Culinary on payrollCreates weekly & monthly reports including: covers, average revenue/cover, wine sales, OPEX to budget, total performance to budget, etc. and other reports as requested by management.Supports Chef and Restaurant in maintenance of the Restaurant POS systemWork with marketing on behalf of Chef and managers on collateral needs, planning, and photography (e.g. menu template, event/wedding brochure, hospitality brochure, website, etc.)Assist with implementation of brand standards
