The Role: As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll guide a team responsible for serving our customers. You’ll coach team members, oversee daily operations, and work with other departments to continually improve the customer journey.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership and people management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently guide both onsite and remote team members.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day customer support activities to include phone, email, chat

Coach and mentor team members to meet performance goals

Monitor metrics and ensure service-level targets are achieved

Handle customer escalations with professionalism and care

Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and customer outcomes

Assist in onboarding and training new hires

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of people management experience in a customer service or call center environment

Proven leadership experience managing both onsite and remote team members

Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)

High technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems

Organized, empathetic, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability

Compensation

$24-30 per hour (non-exempt), based on experience
