Customer Sales Representative

Job description:

Our client is a leader in the field of specialized sports products for consumer and commercial markets. They are looking for two motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join their REMOTE team. This is a short term opportunity to join company with a friendly work environment, strong team-based culture and bring in some extra money for the holidays!

This is a 100% REMOTE role but interviews will be in person at the San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and complete basic screening using a provided script

Ask simple qualifying questions

Transfer calls to the Sales Department for continued support and deal follow-up

Maintain a friendly, warm, and professional demeanor

Ensure consistent coverage during assigned shift times

Support end-of-year sales efforts with strong customer service and attentiveness

Pay: $22.00/hour

Shifts available:

Wednesday - Thursday only 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Friday - Tuesday 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Experience

Call center or high-volume customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication skills — personable, clear, and relatable

Reliable and punctual — strong attendance is a must

Comfortable working remotely and using call scripts

Familiarity with golf terminology or the golf industry is a BONUS, not required

Must have a quiet, stable remote workspace
