Customer Service

Abbey Party Rents, located in the Miramar area, is looking to fill full-time customer service positions. We offer Medical Plan, Vacation Pay, Holiday Pay, Sick Pay, 401K Simple Plan after 90-day probation.

Job duties include:

-Answer incoming calls

-Prepare and assist customers with orders

-Order input and follow-up

-Maintaining and updating customer service files

-Generate files and process payments

-Filing, sorting, and closing out orders

Qualifications required:

-Previous Customer Service experience

-Good verbal and written communication skills

-PC proficient

-Detail oriented

-Must be able to multitask
