What You'll Do

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and has a natural curiosity about great products. As our Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of Bell & Hook, helping customers navigate our carefully curated selection of quality men’s products.

Your day-to-day will include:

Engaging customers in authentic conversations about their needs, interests, and gift-giving occasions

Staying current on our latest arrivals and seasonal favorites to make informed recommendations

Developing deep product knowledge across our diverse inventory

Building customer confidence through expert guidance and personalized service

Creating an welcoming atmosphere that reflects our brand's sophisticated yet approachable personality

Processing transactions and maintaining our beautifully merchandised displays

Sharing your genuine enthusiasm for quality products and helping customers discover something special

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate has:

A natural ability to strike up conversations and make people feel comfortable

Genuine interest in men's lifestyle products, grooming, outdoor activities, or gift-giving

Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to customer needs

Enthusiasm for learning about new products and staying current on trends

Confidence in making recommendations and helping customers make decisions

Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required for the right person

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays (prime gift-giving seasons!)

A positive attitude and collaborative spirit

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with or knowledge of men's grooming products, outdoor gear, or lifestyle accessories

A knack for visual merchandising and creating appealing product displays

Previous experience in specialty retail or boutique environments
