We are an e-waste and battery recycling company primarily serving corporate and government clients. Our mission is to securely recycle used, unwanted, outdated or obsolete batteries and electronic devices. We focus on protecting private information and the environment. We have operated in the Sacramento, California market for over two decades and hold multiple ISO certifications as well as R2 certification.

We are seeking a passionate, highly-motivated, proficient in all Microsoft programs and social-media savvy. Customer Service / Executive Assistant to work in our office.

Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1) Providing customer service to existing and new customers

2) Managing and scheduling services

3) Assist management and sales rep with reports, quotes, preparing for audits

4) Assisting in creating and developing database

5) Assisting day-to-day clerical activities

The Ideal Candidate has the following:

1) At least 3 years of customer service experience

2) At least 3 years of executive assistant experience

3) Excellent computer skills and e-mail etiquette

4) Understanding of modern business practices

5) Social-media savviness

6) Passion for excellence

3 Years Customer Service Experience

At least 3 years of executive assistant experience

Starting Wage: $20 - $25/hr. DOE
