United Staffing Associates has partnered with a successful supplier within the hospitality industry in their search for a front office Customer Service Representative. Excellent opportunity for a friendly and proactive individual seeking a Monday-Friday position, helping customers by assisting with phones, greeting visitors, answering questions, and coordinating the placement of product & supply orders. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support throughout their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries, both in-person and over the phone.

Provide detailed information about products and services.

Process orders, including changes and cancellations.

Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

Maintain customer records and manage billing and payment processes.

Assist with inventory management and product displays.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Anticipated Schedule:

This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated work schedule of Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
