Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support inside our showroom. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer via walk-in, phone and email in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and general inquiries.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.

Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately.

Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.

Collaborate with other employees to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues.

Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Proficiency with computers.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

High level of attendance.
