By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Manage incoming telephone calls

Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Sound written and verbal communication skills

Customer service and office administrative skills

Experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

Call center experience

Command of Customer service software

Customer service experience

Proven knowledge of back office support

Government Programs experience

Federal Government experience highly desired

Experience using Microsoft Office

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
