Our client, in Sacramento is seeking a Customer Service Rep to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep you will be part of the Sacramento Housing Redevelopment Agency. The ideal candidate will have clerical Customer Service experience as well as Call Center or Account Management which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Customer ServiceLocation: SacramentoPay Range: $19.65 an hourHours: Monday - Friday 8am- 5pmWhat’s the Job? Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working toestablish a positive rapport with every caller/visitor Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Processing work orders, forms, applications, and requests. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints after callsand/or visits Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.What’s Needed?

1-2 years of experience
