Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved satisfactorily.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and returns.

Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.

A positive and professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
