Customer Service Representative

Description Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at a luxury boat marina. This role requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys interacting with a diverse range of people. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, providing exceptional service and support. This position involves both customer service duties and assisting the maintenance team with various tasks and projects.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet and assist tenants and visitors, addressing their inquiries and providing information about marina services and amenities.

Daily Operations: Handle a high volume of interactions (50-100 people daily) efficiently and courteously.

Assistance to Maintenance Team: Collaborate with the maintenance team on various tasks and projects, ensuring the marina remains in top condition.

Outdoor Work: Spend the majority of your workday outdoors, enjoying the beautiful marina environment while performing your duties.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Busy Weekends: Handle increased activity and customer interactions during weekends, ensuring all tenants and visitors have a positive experience.

Schedule:

Thursday to Monday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break).

Availability to work weekends is essential.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Prior customer service experience is preferred.
