We are currently looking for a dedicated, empathetic, and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide efficient solutions. The CSR will be the first point of contact for our clients, making excellent customer service a top priority within our company.Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

Establish and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently.

Understand our tech products in detail so as to provide accurate assistance.

Gather customer feedback and share it with the team to improve our products and services.

Work closely with the tech team to fix more complex problems and escalate customer issues when necessary.

Keep customer records and interactions updated in the system.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

Good understanding of the tech industry.

Proficiency with software like Microsoft Office and customer service software.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Patient and empathetic towards customers' needs and concerns.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer support environment preferably within a tech company.

Proven technical knowledge and understanding of technical troubleshooting.
