Description We are searching for a meticulous and proficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Monterey, California. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining precise customer records. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, making it an ideal fit for individuals who thrive in dynamic work environments.Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service. Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer credit records in a timely manner. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as a liaison between public agency and title insurance companies to manage new customer accounts. Conduct on-site property inspections for billing equity, maintaining records and reports of activities and inspections. Perform data entry tasks and general office support work, including typing, filing, prooing, and recording information. Compose routine letters in response to customer complaints and questions. Assist with the annual lien filing and collection of delinquent accounts. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks, such as order entry and scheduling appointments. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls Experience working in a call center customer service environment Strong skills in data entry and order entry Excellent email correspondence and ability to schedule appointments effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other MS Office tools Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Flexibility to work in different shifts if required High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
